Daily Self-Love Challenge

February 06, 2022

It’s widely accepted: taking care of yourself enables you to better take care of others. After all, there’s a reason flight attendants instruct you to affix your mask first in an emergency before helping others.

But too often loving oneself takes a backseat to the needs of those around you – kids, partner, parents, siblings, friends, pets – and you end up mothering everyone except the person who probably needs it the most. (Yes, YOU!).

So we’re making it a little easier to put yourself first by sharing a 28 Day Self-Love Challenge (h/t @daybreakwithray!). Each day features an easy way to practice self-love, so that by the end of February, you should be feeling a bit more centered, restored, and more in love with yourself than ever!
